(FIX) No Data Received Wordpress Error - Solution

(FIX) No Data Received Wordpress Error - Simple Solution

Hi Guys,

If you ever got the dreaded No Data Received Wordpress Error on Godaddy, or on any hosts for that matter, I have the solution/fix for it.

So a couple of my sites had issues when I tried to login, it would give me a no data received, server wasn't sending data. I did extensive search and a bunch of people on the web was saying to disable plugins, change to default theme, re-upload my website and import the database over. But what if I didn't have a backup or don't know how to navigate mysql phpadmin? After grilling the Godaddy Tech Support guy, we finally found out the solution.

For some reason, the wp-login.php file was corrupted or malicious.

(FIX) No Data Received Wordpress Error - Solution Below:

Just re-upload a new wp-login.php file via ftp to replace the one that's currently on your hosting location and it's fixed.

Just make sure it's from the same version of wordpress that you had currently running.
A super simple solution to the no data received wordpress error. Hope it works for you guys. If you have a backup of that 1 core wordpress file somewhere, just re-upload it. Remember it's the wp-login.php file.

Hope it helps you!
